RoboDrill JobShop Cell

Simple and flexible, the JobShop Cell combines a lightning-fast FANUC RoboDrill vertical machining center with a fully interfaced FANUC LR Mate 2001C robotic loading system. The result is an automated production cell ideally suited for fast setup on short to medium production runs, increased output, reduced need for operators, and the flexibility to handle a wide range of tasks and parts. It is a complete fully-integrated production cell designed for fast setups and changeovers, operator safety, and production flexibility. Matsuura RA-III dual pallet machine

Our Matsuura RA-III dual pallet machining center gives us the ability to load parts or change tooling while the machine continues to run. This dual pallet capability, allows us to bring the machine’s full production capability to bear on your job, or to get your job quickly into production by running concurrently with other jobs already in the queue. In addition, we design and build all our tooling and fixturing with the goal of efficient running and quick set-up time to support small-to-medium lot production.

Mitutoyo CMM

Our Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine provides superior accuracy, speed, and functionality for our quality control processes. Its comprehensive OpenDMIS® software platform enhances the performance of the CMM by enabling a very high level of 3D measurement capability. Efficient feedback of result data assists with the monitoring and streamlining of production processes and provides a professional level of control in measurement and evaluation. Large quantities of result data is recorded and used for supporting every link in our production chain.
