State of the art equipment and processes
Cheshire-NC provides high quality production CNC milling services utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in our air-conditioned manufacturing environment.
We are a fully-automated, milling machine shop with a state-of-the-art Fanuc RoboDrill JobShop Cell with an integrated robotic loading/unloading unit. By keeping this robotic unit working around the clock without tending by an operator, we’ve made our production process as streamlined and efficient as possible; we then pass those savings on to you. By utilizing our Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine, as well as other standard gauging equipment to monitor our production process from first piece to last, you can be sure all your components will meet specification, run after run.
Our engineering-programming department uses Solidworks for all our design activities and file translations. For all our programming requirements we use Surfcam. These two programs interface seamlessly providing consistent and accurate part design/manufacture each and every time.
Production machining
We specialize in repeat orders and volume production machining, by doing so, we can provide our customers with consistently high-quality components and assemblies with seamless efficiency. Our runs range widely from 25 pieces to 10,000.
